Most people will at some time in their lives encounter personal difficulties that cause personal suffering or that seem overwhelming.

In some situations these problems may become symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, or confusion, which seemingly take control of one's life, while one's wellbeing and self-esteem suffer. In other cases there are relationship problems or family difficulties contributing to one's difficulty in feeling content,  safe, or finding personal meaning.  My focus is to assist each individual to uncover and and understand the sources of one's problems so that eventually better and new adaptations and solutions can be found. Each person's problem is unique, and I treat each individually using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
