Because I see my patients and supervisees exclusively with the use of video-conferencing and telephone, I ask that all of my clients keep a credit card on file with my assistant at all times. Typically she will then bill your credit card for services on a monthly basis.
If you wish to exercise your insurance option, we will include a code on your monthly statement. You may then submit that statement to your insurance company for any reimbursement that you are due.
At the time that we schedule your first appointment, I will ask your permission to have my assistant contact you to obtain your credit card information. I will then forward your name and number to her. In turn, she will then call you within 1-2 days.
