Most people will, at some time in their lives, encounter difficulties causing personal suffering, and which can seem overwhelming.
In some cases, these problems may become symptoms, e.g., anxiety, depression, or confusion, which seemingly can then dominate one's life. In other cases, there are relationship problems or family difficulties that can contribute to one's contentedness, safety, or finding personal meaning.
My focus is to assist each individual in uncovering and understanding the sources of one's problems so that, eventually, better and new adaptations and solutions can be found. Each person's problem is unique, and I treat each individual using a variety of therapeutic approaches.
